The Perfume Shop is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to drive daily operations and develop a high-performing team in our Salisbury store. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving store targets.
You will support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, stock loss prevention, and store procedures, stepping in during their absence and ensuring smooth opening and closing.
