8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (raising to £13.01 on successful completion of probation period)

As a Retail Sales Colleague you don't need an in-depth knowledge of tech before you join the team. All new colleagues attend a two to three day induction either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve and support our customers.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across opening hours that typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Stores are open 7 days a week generally between 9am and 8pm, varying locally.

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute toward the overall sales performance of the store.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
