Customer Service Assistant

About the Role

As a member of the store team you will focus on providing an excellent customer experience. This 20‑hour part‑time contract requires working at least one weekend day each week.

• Deliver high‑level customer service to all customers who enter the store.
• Assist with parking, trolley access, locating stock, managing deliveries and facilitating payments.
• Support the store in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Experience working in a customer‑facing retail role.
• Current, up‑to‑date CV attached.

• Pay structure: £12.71 per hour for 21+ years, £12.00 per hour for 18‑20 years, £8.82 per hour for under 18 years.
• Up to £300 per month gain‑share bonus.
