You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, stepping in during their absence and ensuring the shop floor reflects the brand’s standards and a great customer experience.
This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with clear opportunities to progress to Store Manager as the business grows.
