Working Hours
:

• Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm (fixed day off in the week)
• Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm (weekends on rota basis)

• Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions and add‑on products to customers and ensuring each customer receives excellent service.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver excellent business results.

• Sell finance solutions to customers ensuring an efficient and profitable contribution.
• Identify customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques.
• Present features and benefits of the different finance products.
• Maintain relationships with finance company representatives.
• Ensure all documentation, quotes, proposals, etc. are completed and processed accurately.
• Confirm financial settlements on all vehicles taken in part‑exchange and arrange settlement on completion.
• Keep fully up to date with product knowledge of finance products and competitors.
• Maintain supportive relationships with the sales team.
• Maintain safe working practices as detailed by the dealership.

• Accomplished and successful Transaction Manager with experience at a main dealership.
• Passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to sell, engage with the Sales team, and earn strong commission.

Experience working in an automotive retail environment in a similar role or a desire to progress your career.
