Due to expansion we are looking for a part time Sales support Admin Coordinator to join our client's busy team.
They are based on the outskirts of Salisbury and work in the engineering sector.
Reporting to the Business Coordinator the role is as follows:
Role DescriptionThe role is to support the Business Coordinator in the sales order, logistics, and customer service processes.
Role is approx. 25 hours (Could increase).
Sales Support Role involves:- Coordinating meetings and acting as one of the initial points of contact for enquirers to the business.
- Supporting sales team follow up enquirers/quotations and existing customers.
- Managing sales email inbox (delegate) enquirers and responses, making sure we respond timely.
- Contacting existing customers to follow up enquirers and/or to update CRM system (Cold Calling).
- Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, by phone, email, Web.
- Liaising with sales engineers on special requirements and pricing.
- Ensuring dedicated computer system is maintained up to date with internal/external notes relevant to the sales order processes.
- Organising and maintaining a filing system in relation to sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes etc and calibration certificates.
- Working to a QMS (Quality Management System).
- Covering for absence when necessary.
- Any other reasonable duties for the Sales Support role as requested.
- High level of customer service and administration skills.
- Logistics experience previously worked with couriers and shipping agents UK & overseas.
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Purchase experience dealing with suppliers and has good negotiating skills.
- Goods in/packing experience.
