Job SummarySnows Toyota is looking for an energetic, focused Sales Executive to work in our showroom in Salisbury. Experience is an advantage but a willingness to listen, learn and succeed is a must. You will need to have delivered exceptional customer experience and have a desire to spend quality time with customers, building rapport and selling all our products. Full training will be given on our cars and systems.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, you will be accountable for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product and agreeing the sale.
- Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, understand and adapt to their buying strategy, and encourage them to experience the product through test drives.
- Agree the price, payment method and any finance arrangements directly with the customer within company guidelines.
- Participate positively in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
- Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations, place orders, update customer records and schedule any complementary services or additional work before delivery.
- Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure the customer is happy; maintain contact to build relationships and future business.
- Plan and organise own daily selling activity, e.g., calling sales prospects to obtain new business.
- Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
- Ability to plan, organise, and meet agreed work deadlines.
- Quick assimilation of information and provision of considered responses.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.

- Capability to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs.

- PC, Microsoft Office, and web literate.
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch & day off during week)
- Saturday 08:30 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
- Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (rota)
