Senior Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent franchise-approved automotive dealer group for the position of Senior Service Advisor in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Duties:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers in Salisbury, Wiltshire, ensuring high standards of service and communication
Drive service profitability through accurate documentation, expert upselling of products and services, and proactive customer engagement
Support the Aftersales Manager by mentoring and motivating a team of Service Advisors
Assist in maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints
Collaborate closely with workshop, parts, and sales teams to ensure smooth internal processes
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, fostering total customer satisfaction
Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently, demonstrating professionalism and care Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a franchise-approved dealership preferred
Strong organisational skills and IT literacy; experience with Pinewood Pinnacle or eDynamix is advantageous
Proven success in upselling and customer relationship management
Supervisory or management experience at a Service Advisor level is desirable
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
