We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team, carrying out reactive electrical repairs across social housing properties. This is a mobile role working in occupied homes, responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Carrying out reactive electrical repairs in social housing properties

• Fault finding and rectification on domestic electrical systems

• Working in both occupied and void properties

• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards

• Completing job reports and paperwork accurately

• Providing a professional, customer-focused service to tenants

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Proven experience working within social housing

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Experience with reactive maintenance contracts

• Testing & inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)

• Experience working in occupied properties
