Temp - perm We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team, carrying out reactive electrical repairs across social housing properties. This is a mobile role working in occupied homes, responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out reactive electrical repairs in social housing properties Fault finding and rectification on domestic electrical systems Working in both occupied and void properties Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards Completing job reports and paperwork accurately Providing a professional, customer-focused service to tenants Essential Requirements: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience working within social housing Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Desirable:

Experience with reactive maintenance contracts Testing & inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) Experience working in occupied properties
