Semi-Skilled Groundworker / Labourer

Salisbury

Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Monday to Friday OT paid at x 1.5 - Sunday work paid at double time

Salary : £26,000 - £28,000

Carry out site works safely and in line with company policies, including the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy.

Assist the Senior Technician / General Builder with a range of site-based tasks.

Support ISO
9001 Quality Management and ISO
45001 Health & Safety processes.

Participate in insurance call-out work as required.

Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Experience in multi-skilled construction or groundwork (e.g. hand digging, laying drainage, concreting, reinstatement).

Adventurous and motivated to gain additional tickets such as digger, dumper, or other plant machinery.

CSCS Card essential for site work.

Willingness to travel and stay away from home during the week when needed.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
