Hgv Class 1 Driver Casual

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers for AD-HOC work at our busy chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire). The role consists of refrigerated multi-drop or trunking deliveries. Ideal for drivers looking to earn some extra money in their free time. Immediate starts for successful candidates.

Weekend shifts – choose any shift between Thursday and Monday.

• AM or PM start

Day pay rates:

• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41

30-minute break deducted per shift.

What we are looking for:

• In-date DIGI and CPC card
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
• Minimum of 6 months Class One experience required
• No more than 3 points on your licence

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
