People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver to join our growing waste and recycling operation based in Salisbury
.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Refuse Driver, Refuse Truck Driver, Waste Collection Driver, Recycling Driver, or Dustcart Driver
.

• Monday to Friday
• 06:30 start time

• £15.50 per hour
• Weekly pay

As an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will receive:

As an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, your duties will include:

• Carrying out full daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
• Driving the refuse vehicle safely along assigned collection routes
• Operating bin-lifting equipment to empty waste and recycling containers
• Working safely as part of a collection crew and following loading signals
• Ensuring all waste is collected efficiently and routes are completed
  
  Following strict health and safety procedures at all times, especially in public areas
• Recording and reporting issues such as missed bins, contamination, or access problems
• Providing excellent customer service when dealing with members of the public
• Assisting the collection crew where required

To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will need:

• A valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six penalty points
