Wireless Retail Sales Representative — Apex Communications. $15.00 - $27.00 an hour based on sales performance. Full Time. Apex Communications is an AT&T authorized retailer with locations in Arkansas and Oklahoma focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Become an AT&T product and solutions expert and assist customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages (e.g., AT&T TV).
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
• Participate as a team player, supporting other team members.
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Create the ideal customer experience with each interaction.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED (2-year associate degree preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communications skills.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Team players with a positive attitude and a will to win.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices.

• Strong base pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
