Position: Full-Time Residential Framer at Hilder Construction
Hilder Construction is hiring a full-time Framer to enhance our residential building team. Bring your framing experience, positive attitude, and readiness to learn alongside skilled crew members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential framing and foundations, including conventional and ICF methods. This position is ideal for someone eager to contribute and grow in a supportive environment. You must possess your own transportation for daily work at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct residential structures using framing techniques

• Work on conventional and ICF foundation projects

• Collaborate with the construction team on various tasks

• Maintain a positive work environment and attitude

• Ensure job site safety and organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential framing

• Knowledge of foundation types, especially ICF

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a team setting

• Must have reliable transportation to job sites
