You will play a critical role in the Personal and Business Banking Team, providing frontline support to clients. Your responsibilities include answering questions, assisting with transactions, and connecting clients with the appropriate CIBC team members. Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. This full-time, onsite role enables you to build strong relationships while supporting clients to achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions
