Position: Learning Resource Teacher with SD83

As a Learning Resource Teacher, your role will involve developing and implementing Individual Education and Positive Behavior Support Plans. This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent and a BC teaching certificate. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed records and individual education assessments

• Collaborate with team members for tailored student interventions

• Oversee Certified Education Assistants in the classroom

• Develop reports and monitor progress of student plans

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related certification

• Valid BC teaching certificate with current standing

• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
