Grade 6 French Immersion Teacher Position

Join Shuswap Middle School as a Grade 6 Early French Immersion Teacher for the  academic year. Utilize your bilingual skills and teaching expertise in a vibrant learning environment.

This temporary assignment begins on September 1, 2026, and concludes on June 30, 2027. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor of Arts or Education with a French Immersion major and possess a valid BC teaching certificate. Strong instructional ability and successful teaching experience in Grade 6 immersion are essential. Applicants should be adept at integrating francophone culture into curricula and engaging with a commitment to parent involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging language instruction in a Grade 6 classroom

Requirements:
