As a part-time team member at Chances Salmon Arm, you will ensure a positive atmosphere for patrons, promote responsible gambling, and conduct engaging bingo games. Your direct interaction with customers is crucial in providing assistance and resolving any issues that may arise during their visits. You will also be key in reporting equipment concerns and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service during slot and bingo operations

• Promote and explain the Responsible Gambling program

• Verify and conduct bingo games while assisting with terminals

• Handle cash float reconciliations and ticket validations

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the gaming area

Requirements:

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on engagement

• Attention to cleanliness and detail in the facility

• Eligibility for Serving It Right certification

• Must be 19+ years of age

• Clearance through a criminal record check
