Key Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional customer service across gaming operations

• Manage and verify bingo games, including winning payouts

• Assist customers with game rules and Bingo card sales

• Validate TITO tickets and manage cash transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and report any facility issues

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service experience with proactive engagement

• Strong focus on hygiene and facility maintenance

• Must obtain Serving It Right certification

• Minimum age of 19 years required

• Successful background check through Gaming Policy
