Chances Salmon Arm is currently looking for a
Part-Time Slot Attendant / Bingo Runner to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a position where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Slot Attendant / Bingo Runner, you'll help create an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and supporting both our slot floor and bingo operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, professional service throughout each shift.
• Assisting guests with slot machine play, ticket redemption, jackpots, and general questions.
• Responding to machine issues such as bill or ticket jams while maintaining game integrity.
• Selling bingo paper, assisting with electronic bingo devices, and explaining game procedures to guests.
• Running bingo games, paying prizes, and calling games when scheduled.
• Promoting gaming promotions, special events, and the Responsible Gambling program.
• Completing cash transactions accurately, balancing assigned floats, and following gaming policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe gaming environment while reporting maintenance or safety concerns.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You should have:

• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Confidence handling cash and following established procedures.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligibility to obtain a Serving It Right certificate and a Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch security clearance.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
