Senior Bylaw Officer for City

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor Bylaw Enforcement Officers

• Manage daily enforcement operations and related approvals

• Conduct investigations of complex bylaw complaints

• Promote public education and voluntary compliance

• Prepare records, reports, and performance documentation

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with relevant post-secondary education

• Completion of required enforcement training

• 7+ years’ experience in bylaw enforcement

• 3 years’ supervisory experience preferred

• Strong skills in investigation and conflict management
