Your role will focus on empowering seniors at their homes in Salmon Arm, BC.

As a Rehabilitation Worker with Age Care, you will assist therapy professionals in the assessment, planning, and execution of rehabilitation programs. Your key contributions will support residents in maximizing their independence while minimizing deterioration. This position allows you to create a nurturing environment as you engage with seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily reports and communication binders

• Collect data to identify resident needs

• Assist clients during treatments and transport them

• Monitor resident participation in therapy sessions

• Report changes in resident condition to management

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma from a recognized program

• First Aid and Food Safe Level 1 certifications

• Fluent English communication skills

• Experience with senior populations

• Clear Vulnerable Record Search required
