As a Senior Principal Consultant in AMS, you will guide teams in delivering Workday solutions and optimizations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Workday Financials and PSA engagements
• Ensure high standards in project deliverable timelines
• Collaborate effectively with nearshore and offshore teams
• Design and maintain effective reporting dashboards
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in the practice
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-7 years experience in corporate applications and managed services
• Workday Professional Services Automation certification is essential
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Effective multitasking and communication capabilities
