Position: Compassionate RN for Long-Term Care
Mimak Care is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for assignments across British Columbia and Alberta, focusing on long-term care and complex care facilities. Bring your nursing skills to support residents in diverse settings.

This role requires an active RN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and proven clinical skills. You will provide exceptional care for residents with chronic, dementia, and geriatric needs. Strong teamwork and communication abilities are essential for collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate care to residents

• Administer medications and perform clinical assessments

• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Adapt to diverse care environments and client needs

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BCCNM

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Completed criminal record and Vulnerable Sector Checks

• Recent TB screening and health records

• Experience in complex and dementia care is an asset
