Schedule:

1–2 hours per month

Salary: $30 per hour

Hiring for:
Merchandising Team Member (Independent Contractor) – responsible for ensuring Nespresso product displays, signage, and supplies in retail stores.

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Respect negotiated footprint specifications
• Manage machine stock to maintain assortment, minimize out‑of‑stocks, and update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area, including machines, displays, and tasting station
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items and recommendations, for each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships while conveying brand messages
• Good problem‑solving and time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and friendly demeanor
• Ability to self‑manage remotely
• Access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
• Physical labor ability (up to 50 lbs)
