Security Officer

Position: Full-Time Security Officer Vadium Security
Join Vadium Security as a full-time Security Officer in Salmon Arm, BC. Focus on enforcing safety regulations, investigating incidents, and conducting patrols across various sites.

This permanent role requires travel to different locations in Salmon Arm. You will be responsible for monitoring establishment activities, checking age identification, and preventing theft. To be successful, you must hold a Security Guard License and complete the BST1 and BST2 courses along with having key skills in conflict resolution and law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate unlawful acts committed by employees or patrons

• Check age identification of patrons effectively

• Enforce regulations and resolve conflicts calmly

• Patrol assigned areas consistently for safety

• Prevent and detect theft in retail environments

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Security Guard License

• Completed BST1 and BST2 course certificates

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Capable of frequent travel for job requirements
