Case Manager for Youth Program

BGC Okanagan is hiring a dedicated Case Manager for its Intensive Youth and Family Program in Salmon Arm, BC. Support at-risk youth and their families with resilience-building and community connections.

In this vital role, you'll work collaboratively with youth, families, social workers, and community resources to deliver client-focused services. Employing a strength-based approach, you will build meaningful relationships to promote positive outcomes and strengthen family dynamics. Your impactful interventions will help reduce risks and enhance family functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather youth-related information through interviews and observations

• Develop family-centered, short-term intervention plans

• Conduct individual or group sessions to address identified needs

• Provide skill-building in communication and relationship techniques

• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and report on progress

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant human/social service field

• Valid First Aid Certificate and Class 5 driver’s license

• Clean driver's abstract and completed Criminal Record Check

• Equivalent combination of education and experience possible

• Flexible hours available in a supportive team environment
