Position: Intensive Youth Case Manager Role
Join BGC Okanagan as a Case Manager for the Intensive Youth and Family Program in Salmon Arm, BC.

Your role will involve supporting at-risk youth through skill development and community connections.

This position focuses on collaborating with families and social workers to provide personalized services that foster resilience and improve family functioning. By building trusting relationships, you will work directly on addressing critical issues faced by youth and helping them navigate available resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews to assess youth needs and risks

• Create and implement targeted intervention strategies

• Lead sessions focusing on conflict resolution and skill development

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

• Maintain records and liaise with community service providers

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent experience in social services

• Valid First Aid Certificate required

• Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record

• Successful completion of Criminal Record Check

• Open to flexible working hours in a supportive environment
