What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Accounting experience is a plus
- Fantastic people skills—building rapport is your thing
- Self-starter who excels both independently and in a team
- Savvy with accounting software, Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
- Ready to tackle additional responsibilities with enthusiasm
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Comfortable focusing for extended periods
- Strong math skills a must
What You’ll Do:
- Process commissions
- Handle commission deductions and bill backs
- Create invoices
- Manage client preferences
- Step up to cover other Accounting items as the occur
- Work in a fun, exciting culture with a great team!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week (part time can be discussed)
