Interviews will be held onsite at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

- Financial Management:
Execute all accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Financial Reporting:
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial statements, reports, and summaries. - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors during audits. - Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop hotel leaders in financial literacy, particularly in AR and productivity. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Internal Controls:
Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data. - Process Improvement:
Identify and lead the evaluation and enhancement of accounting processes and systems, applying best practices to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. - Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analyses to support business decision‑making, providing insights and data‑driven recommendations. - Labor Productivity:
Perform weekly reviews of labor standard adherence and validate the accuracy of reported business levels.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. - Hospitality:
Hyatt and/or hotel Accounting experience preferred.
- A genuine desire to support others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle preferred) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and exceptional attention to detail.
