We’re looking for an exceptional Revenue Accounting Manager to lead revenue accounting operations during a pivot from $5M to $50M in customers. The role focuses on ASC 606 compliance, data fluency, and cross‑system coordination. You’ll build scalable processes, support audit‑ready reporting, and partner with Data, Engineering, Finance, and external auditors.

• Own the end‑to‑end revenue accounting process, including commissions, contingent commissions, usage fees, etc.
• Apply and interpret ASC 606 across various revenue streams.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting for all revenue‑related accounts.
• Maintain and update revenue recognition policies and accounting memos.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance data quality and streamline revenue reporting from multiple systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with external auditors, supporting audit and SOX compliance.
• Assist with ERP optimization, internal control development, and IPO or public company readiness.

• CPA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Big 4 background and/or high‑growth tech or fintech experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and complex contract revenue.
• Comfort with high transaction volume and data complexity.
• Strong systems mindset – experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and revenue tools.
• Tech‑forward; experience with AI or latest technologies for scalable operations is a plus.
• Hands‑on, self‑starter attitude.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.

The starting pay will fall within the range listed on this posting. Base salary, equity grants, and benefits may vary.
