As a Car Deal Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our dealerships, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Clerical Support:
  Provide accurate and timely clerical support for our automotive dealerships, ensuring all documentation is handled with precision.
• Accounting Entries:
  Post and reconcile accounting entries accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
• Confidentiality:
  Safeguard sensitive information by maintaining strict confidentiality in all tasks.
• Customer Service:
  Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Work Environment:
  Office setting with an adjustable‑height (sit‑to‑stand) desk.
• Training:
  Comprehensive training on dealership computer systems provided.
• Compensation: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and information.
• Experience:
  
  Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required.
• Focus:
  Able to work efficiently and maintain focus in a busy atmosphere.
• Motivation:
  Self‑motivated to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work.
