Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to Close Books:
Data entry, reconcile accounts, execute adjustments and procedures. - Manage Projects:
Ensure tasks and assignments are completed by the due date. - Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Any experience with the following is a plus:
Sage Intaact, Mcleod, Alvys, Brex, Bank reconciliations, Trucking, Brokerage (Logistics) - Capable of adapting on the fly and shifting priorities to fit business needs
- Experienced with meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills
Being fluent in Spanish, or having knowledge/experience/understanding of Mexico accounting, taxes, payroll laws would be a plus.
