Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is adaptable, self-driven, and thrives working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will be instrumental in managing month-end close processes, cleaning up and maintaining accurate books, performing financial analysis, and ensuring journal entries are complete and correct. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of multiple entities within a dynamic and growing business.

• Own and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities
• Clean up and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring integrity across accounts
• Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and compliance
• Perform financial analysis to provide insights for leadership decision-making
• Reconcile accounts and manage intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
• Utilize Quick Books, Google Drive, and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as needed
• Support ad hoc projects as the company grows and evolves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Experience with Quick Books Online, Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), and Google Drive
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a creative industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with multi-entity accounting highly preferred
