Getgrooven is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist focused on New Construction to join our Accounting & Finance team in Utah. You will manage the end-to-end billing for construction contracts, track progress payments, and ensure milestones are met to support cash flow and project transparency.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounts receivable or billing, strong Excel skills, and experience with Procore or similar billing software. AIA billing exposure is a plus.
