** What you’ll be doing
*** Process monthly payroll for US & Canada payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
* Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data
* Maintain accurate payroll records and support documentation for audits and compliance purposes
* Respond to employee questions related to payroll & payslips in a clear and professional manner
* Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews
* Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with our external providers to ensure payroll remains compliant with local laws
* Adhere to our team’s KPIs and SLAs
* Pitching in with process improvements – we love people who say “Hey, I think this could be done simpler.”
** Education and Experience
*** 5+ years of experience working with US & Canada payroll is required
* Bi-weekly & Weekly payroll processing is an advantage
* Exposure to a high transaction volume and multi-task work environment
* Experience in working with global HRIS & Payroll vendor systems, Workday, Cloud Pay and ADP are an advantage
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written English communication skills required
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to detect inconsistencies in data
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Maintain confidential information when required by legal and ethical standards of professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records.
