Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and in supporting our mission to strengthen Utah’s banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office tasks
• Provide executive and clerical support to staff and leadership
• Maintain accurate membership and organizational database records
• Perform bookkeeping functions using Quick Books, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations

Qualifications

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
