** Administrative Assistant - Part Time LMS Data Entry
** The Administrative Assistant - LMS Data Entry is responsible for supporting and training systems through accurate data entry, issue tracking, and reporting. This role ensures the integrity of production and timesheet data, assists with the administration of the Performance Enhancement Program (PEP), and provides timely support to associates and managers. A focus on accuracy, organization, and clear communication is essential for success in this role.
** Starting Pay: $16.80 per hour.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Log and track production sheet discrepancies and off standard timesheet issues to ensure accurate documentation and follow up.
* Perform data input and maintain records for the Performance Enhancement Program (PEP).
* Generate reports regularly and verify information for accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with associates and managers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the PEP program.
* Ensure all assignments and reports are completed professionally and submitted within required timelines.
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in data entry and experience working with performance tracking systems or similar databases.
* Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
* Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
* Experience in a production or performance driven environment a plus.
