As a member of our dynamic dealership group, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service aligned with dealership, state, and factory standards.

We value precision, professionalism, and teamwork. You should bring:

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi‑Point Inspection and video documentation on every vehicle, notifying the Service Advisor if additional recommendations are needed.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and time‑keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the workspace and in all customer vehicles.

• 5+ years of mainline automotive service experience (apprentice or advanced maintenance tech experience does not count).
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications (highly preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18, authorized to work in the U.S., valid in‑state driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
