Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Service Technician to support our Infusion Pump Service operations. The role involves repair, refurbishment, failure analysis, and product complaint investigations in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The technician will also support training, documentation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, refurbishment, rework, and upgrades of medical devices, including infusion pumps.
• Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify and resolve root cause issues.
• Conduct product complaint investigations (PCI), device history reviews, and failure analysis.
• Accurately document all repair, investigation, and service activities in the device tracking system (e.g., Oracle).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and quality system regulations in all work performed.
• Support quality assurance, customer service, and engineering teams with investigations and studies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with training of new employees and provide technical support to peers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, or servicing of medical devices or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/cGMP and Quality System Regulations (QSR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or device tracking systems (e.g., Oracle) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
