We’re looking for an experienced A-Level Tech who stays sharp, works with purpose, and doesn’t confuse the shop with a hang out. This is a focused, well-run operation where effort still matters and your skills are trusted—not micromanaged.

You’ll handle real diagnostic work, earn strong pay, and work with a team that moves fast, stays professional, and skips the chaos.

• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairs on electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and HVAC systems
• Maintain strong flat-rate efficiency while delivering quality workmanship
• Manage workflow independently with minimal supervision
• Stay focused and productive during scheduled work hours
• Limit phone use to breaks and maintain professional work habits
• Follow shop processes to ensure consistent throughput
• Perform thorough inspections and document findings accurately

• 7+ years of hands‑on automotive experience
• Strong A-level diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, complex issues)
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight
• Pride in efficiency, accuracy, and pulling your weight
• A solid sense of humor (dad jokes strongly encouraged)
