We are Wofford's European Car and are looking to add a Parts Specialists to our team.
Our shop specializes in German vehicles including BMW, MINI, Audi, and VOLKSWAGEN.

We are seeking a motivated, positive person who is driven to succeed, and eager to learn. Someone who is wanting to improve themselves, as well as the team they work with.
AUTOMOTIVE EXPIERENCE IS NECESSARY!!.
We do require you have excellent customer relation skills, basic automotive knowledge, work well with technology, be open to constructive criticism, be willing to attend on going paid training to improve your skills, and are seeking a long-term position.
The position offers:
- 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
- Access to manufacturer's parts catalogs and vehicle repair information.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule, call and email service appointments while setting the expectation for our clients visit.
Greet and assist clients and check vehicles into our computer system.
Check vehicles into our management system and prepare work orders for technicians.
Look up vehicle specific information for parts and labor repairs once the technician has completed their diagnosis and inspection or service.
Parts ordering, checking parts in from delivery drivers or shipping companies.
Contact our clients and advise them of the services needed and give appropriate time frame and expectations for completion.
Call clients for follow up and when vehicle repairs are finished
Perform a 3 day follow up phone call and email to our clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Managing our small parts inventory as stock order levels drop below minimums.
