Senior Principal Product Manager

Overview

Senior Principal Product Manager at Circle – a financial technology company building the next generation of money infrastructure.

Circle is focused on speed, efficiency and inclusion. This role is integral to our core product strategy and involves both permissioned SaaS offerings and permissionless on‑chain protocols.

• Engage with ecosystem developers using USDC, CCTP and EURO‑C to understand needs, convert insights into a product roadmap and bring those products to market.
• Own the product vision, feature set and roadmap for developer products from 0 to 1, balancing off‑chain and on‑chain components.
• Deep dive into frontier Web3 technologies – account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, EIPs – stay up‑to‑date and contribute where appropriate.
• Define a great developer experience for seasoned and first‑time smart contract developers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders – legal, compliance, treasury, marketing – to launch products on schedule.

• 15+ years of product management experience, with a track record of leading product portfolios that achieved customer adoption and revenue.
• Proven ownership of complex commercial product strategy, preferably in crypto, and experience managing associated risks.
• Mentored and coached other product managers and demonstrated influence over partners and executives to deliver results.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 – $272,500.
