Cabinet Estimator

Arbor & Ore is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and communicative Cabinet Estimator to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate project costing, smooth communication with designers and project managers, and efficient administrative support across multiple business functions. • Estimate cabinet and millwork projects using Innergy
• Ask necessary clarifying questions to Project Managers, Interior Designers, and other team members to ensure accurate scope
• Create formal project quotes using our company Word document templates
• Send out quotes in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with project “true-ups” to ensure final costs align with actual work performed

• Maintain strong, clear communication with internal staff, clients, and partners
• Follow up on missing details or unclear project information

• Manage insurance documentation, including W-9 forms and COI (Certificate of Insurance) requests
• Work within Quick Books to create estimates and invoices

Assist with project financial organization and accuracy

• Experience with cabinet, millwork, or construction estimating preferred
• Familiarity with Innergy (or willingness to learn)
• Strong working knowledge of Quick Books
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office software
