As Sr. Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of the brand strategy across all channels and consumer touchpoints, while owning our product innovation pipeline—and have the rare freedom to imagine, create, and scale product ideas.

This role sits at the heart of our growth. In a lean, scrappy environment, you’ll turn sharp consumer insights and bold ideas into products and brand executions that punch far above their weight. A critical part of the role is leading our co‑manufacturer partnerships (innovation only).

Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, clear conviction, and strong communication. You will need to balance vision with execution, creativity with discipline, and speed with smart decision‑making.

  • Support core brand initiatives including but not limited to media campaigns, positioning, messaging and packaging execution.

Consumer, Market & Competitor Insight Leadership
  • Champion a consumer‑first mindset across the organization, leveraging qual/quant research, category data, and cultural trends to uncover unmet needs and future demand spaces.
  • Monitor category and competitor performance to inform brand and innovation decisions.
  • Translate insights into compelling product opportunities, innovation territories, and brand executions.
Innovation Strategy & End‑to‑End Product Development
  • Establish and execute a multi‑year innovation strategy and pipeline, ensuring alignment to brand, category, and company growth objectives.
  • Ensure balanced, insight‑led innovation portfolio spanning incremental renovation, new platforms, and whitespace expansion.
  • Create and continuously refine a stage‑gate process that enables speed, discipline, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Oversee the full innovation process—from ideation, concept development and business case creation through formulation, packaging, costing, and commercialization.
  • Guide launch readiness across marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Establish KPIs for launch performance, measure impact, and implement learnings to enhance future innovation.
Co‑Manufacturer Management (Innovation Only)
  • Lead co‑manufacturer engagement (innovation only), including sourcing new partners, negotiating capabilities, and aligning on development priorities.
  • Serve as the primary innovation liaison with co‑manufacturers to ensure technical feasibility, adherence to brand standards, cost targets, and commercialization success.
  • Evaluate co‑manufacturer capabilities and recommend strategic partnerships that unlock new formats, capabilities, and consumer usage occasions.
