We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Category Management Department as a Category Manager.
Responsibilities
- Define Category Segments, Definitions, and Role within Nicholas & Company
- Lead Assessments, Reviews, and Strategic Planning for Category
- Manage Category Vendor Relationships and Negotiations
- Negotiate lowest cost of goods and annual marketing programs
- Coordinate Marketing, Vendor, and Sales activities to hit Category objectives
- Plan and Coordinate pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing sales and profit (“go to market” strategy across Category segments)
- Lead SKU management – manage, improve, and recommend company product assortment across Category
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain required
- Proficient in Excel & Power Point
- Entry level
