As the Brand Associate – Frozen Portfolio
, you will play a foundational role in strengthening the strategic, analytical, and operational engine of the Brand team. You will support the Frozen Brand Manager and VP of Brand Management by owning key brand reporting, innovation tracking, competitive analysis, and marketing performance reporting.

What you’ll do
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand performance reporting across sales, category, and competitive KPIs, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Analyze category performance, retailer trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities, risks, and whitespace.
  • Lead category, competitive, and consumer deep dives to uncover unmet needs and inform innovation, portfolio, and format decisions.
  • Support brand and innovation strategy by building and maintaining the Frozen innovation roadmap, including concept tracking, sizing, feasibility inputs, and packaging transition management.
  • Partner with Brand Management leadership to explore new adjacencies, formats, and categories through data‑driven analysis and consumer insights.
  • Build financial models and business cases for innovation, including volume forecasts, sizing assumptions, and post‑launch performance analysis versus plan.
  • Support post‑launch optimization by identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and external agencies to track marketing performance, optimize spend, and inform demand planning decisions.
  • Develop clear, compelling executive‑ and retailer‑ready presentations that tell the story of category insights, innovation strategy, and portfolio performance.
  • Maintain organized, accessible documentation and digital assets, including SharePoint folder structures and monthly audits to ensure materials are current.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, consulting, category management, business analytics, or CPG experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Pluses
  • Experience with Nielsen/IRI/SPINS or equivalent data sources.
  • Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or brand‑side marketing.
  • Innovation process familiarity (Stage Gate, concept testing, financial modeling).
  • Experience using SharePoint or other asset management systems.
