Big-D Construction is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This role will be based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Experience/Training
  • A High School Diploma or GED is candidate.
  • Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of construction experience required.
Critical Skills
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Able to resolve problems and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Industry knowledge.
Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations

(other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)

  • Project compliance procurement, tracking, auditing and renewal as needed.
  • Maintenance of Salt Lake SharePoint site pages, updates, and agendas.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards as needed. yrity
  • Support project life cycle tasks and tracking.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas for the group.
  • Auditing Procore tools as needed.
  • Track business operational tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Administrative tasks as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit, talk and/or hear.
  • Regularly required to work with a computer – interaction via email and phone.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stand, stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and color vision.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed during regular business hours 8am to 5pm.
  • The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet to moderate. In the field the noise level may be moderate toDek loud.
  • Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to safety hazards when on job sites.
