Seeking a senior Product Delivery Leader to support a high-profile Developer Experience (DevX) initiative. This person will help establish measurable outcomes, improve Agile execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and coach a junior Product Manager while ensuring the team delivers meaningful business value.
Required Qualifications- Able to work onsite in Salt Lake city 4x per week
- 8+ years leading product Management, Product delivery, product operations, and coaching product managers
- Strong experience with KPI development, OKRs, product measurement, and executive reporting.
- Proven success driving delivery across Product, Engineering, and Architecture organizations.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, highly visible, cross-functional environments.
- Strong Agile, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to drive decisions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Developer Experience (DevX), Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, Developer Productivity, or Internal Developer Platforms.
- Background in product or Agile transformation initiatives.
- Experience coaching Product Managers and delivery teams.
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, success metrics, and outcome-based reporting.
- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Facilitate decision-making, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery planning.
- Establish and improve Agile processes, ceremonies, and team accountability.
- Coach Product Managers and delivery teams on product and delivery best practices.
- Create visibility into progress, risks, blockers, and business value delivered.
- Align near-term delivery goals with broader strategic initiatives.
- A hands-on leader who can establish metrics, improve execution, coach teams, drive accountability, and turn complex initiatives into measurable quarterly results. This is more of a Product Delivery / Agile Transformation leader than a traditional Product Manager or Agile Coach.
